Schedule an initial Phone Consultation. I require a "get to know you" meeting (we refer to it as a Buyer Needs Analysis) to discuss your goals & expectations and determine if we should be working together. I'll be asking you lots of questions, to really define the things that are important to you in your next home, and really zoom in on your expectations. If we decide after this phone consultation that we'd like to work together, my team will go into high gear, searching for the homes that meet your criteria. Sellers have always had the benefit of a "get to know you meeting" (it's called a listing appointment). This consultation is free to you-simply call my office to set up an appointment or e-mail the form below with the best time to schedule this consultation.
You must obtain a pre-approval from the bank or mortgage company of your choice. Time is a valuable commodity and you don't want to waste it looking at homes in the wrong price range. More importantly, in a tight housing market, a pre-approval is crucial for putting you in the best negotiating position. (That's where we want our buyers to be!) If you don't have someone in mind, I can help you with this, just let me know.
